Input-output stability of sampled-data linear time-varying systems
In this paper we consider the input-ouput stability of feedback systems consisting of a continuous-time, linear, time-varying plant with a discrete-time, linear time-varying controller. These results generalize some of the results of Chen and Francis where the plant is restricted to be time-invariant.
متن کاملExponential stability of time-varying linear systems
This paper considers the stability of both continuous and discrete time-varying linear systems. Stability estimates are obtained in either case in terms of the Lipschitz constant for the governing matrices and the assumed uniform decay rate of the corresponding frozen time linear systems. The main techniques used in the analysis are comparison methods, scaling and the application of continuous ...
متن کاملExponential Stability of Linear Systems with Multiple Time Delays
In this paper, a class of linear systems with multiple time delays is studied. The problem of exponential stability of time-delay systems has been investigated by using Lyapunov functional method. We will convert the system of multiple time delays into a single time delay system and show that if the old system is stable then the new one is so. Then we investigate the stability of converted new ...
متن کاملInput-output decoupling of linear time-varying singular systems
The problem of input–output decoupling by state feedback is considered for linear time-varying singular systems. Assumptions are introduced, and an algorithm is developed such that the system can be expressed in a simple normal form. A time-varying feedback law is then constructed which ensures, under appropriate conditions, that the closed-loop system is regular, impulse-free, and noninteractive.
متن کاملInput-output block decoupling of linear time-varying singular systems
The input–output block decoupling problem by state feedback is studied for linear time-varying singular systems. First, an algorithm, the regularization algorithm, is developed such that the system can be made by state feedback to have a unique impulse-free solution. Second, another algorithm, the block decoupling algorithm, is proposed, which provides sufficient conditions for the solvability ...
